Spirit of 1966 Rideout
Join us on 10th April 2016 on the final day of my journey from Germany to Wembley Stadium to bring a replica Jules Remit to The Bobby Moore Statue at Wembley Stadium for the 50th Anniversary of 1966.
My journey, to walk and cycle the Jules Rimet World Cup back to Bobby Moore, will have started in Dortmund two weeks earlier. I am inviting people to join me on the last day of my travels for what promises to be something very special.
The procession will start at Upton Park where 3 classic Routemaster open top buses will bring people to the starting point of my final day. Click to book your tickets. Pearly Kings and Queens will be joining us for a good sing song on board. At Fulham FC we will disembark from the buses.
We will be joined by over 150 classic scooters and a convoy of black taxis to make our way on foot to Wembley Stadium, just miles away.
Scooters will provide an escort for the Jules Rimet Open Top Bus Procession to Wembley Stadium in aid of The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK
